		<description><![CDATA[Here&#8217;s an interesting article on c-net about 1366 Technologies (not sure where they got the name) receiving a DOE grant of $150M to build a couple of Solar PV Wafer factories. Their big breakthrough is direct to wafer manufacturing on a large scale, thus reducing waste and decreasing costs.
